Working Foreman Warehouse.

As a Working Foreman Crossdock, you are the go-to person for the team in our transfer warehouse. You’ll make sure the loading and unloading processes run smoothly and efficiently while keeping an eye on administration, hygiene, and safety standards (HACCP). You lead by example — combining coordination and teamwork with a practical mindset.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate your crossdock team
• Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are processed accurately and on time
• Maintain precise order administration and documentation
• Monitor compliance with safety and hygiene regulations (HACCP)
• Actively participate in daily warehouse activities, including loading and unloading

Working Hours
Week 1: Day shift – 07:30 to 18:00
Week 2: Afternoon/evening shift – 12:30 until work is completed
Work every other Saturday morning

• Proven experience in logistics or crossdock operations, preferably in a supervisory role
• Willingness to work alternating day/evening shifts (and every other Saturday)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience operating an EPT and/or forklift (valid certificate or willingness to obtain one)
• Experience with shunting is a plus — eagerness to learn it is essential
